EMKAY Group Celebrates 43rd Anniversary, Extends Merdeka Dari Sewa 2 Campaign with Cash Rebates of Up to RM310,000

The announcement follows the conclusion of the first phase of Merdeka Dari Sewa on 30 September 2026, which recorded 104 units booked, with a total value of RM30 million.

Building on this success, Merdeka Dari Sewa 2 continues to offer cash rebates of up to RM310,000*, giving prospective homeowners and business owners greater flexibility to explore property ownership opportunities.
