Knoco Opens Free Knowledge Management Foundations Course to Malaysian Professionals

Knoco International has opened its Knowledge Management Foundations course to Malaysian professionals and organisations at no cost, providing an accessible introduction to the practical methods used to create, capture, share, retain and apply knowledge.

Available through the Knoco Academy at https://training.knoco.com/, the self-paced online programme is designed for professionals who are new to knowledge management as well as those seeking a structured refresher. Learners who complete the programme and successfully pass the online examination receive a Knowledge Management Foundations Certificate issued through Knoco Institute. The certificate can be added to LinkedIn profiles, resumes, CVs and other professional records.

The initiative reflects Knoco International's broader focus on helping organisations build the knowledge capability required to learn faster, protect critical expertise, improve execution and make better decisions. These capabilities are increasingly important as organisations pursue digital transformation and artificial-intelligence initiatives.

Technology alone cannot ensure that organisational knowledge is accurate, current, governed or reusable.
